SPR# VDSE6DFKCF - Added more information to the popup for the "Login Name" field to tell the user to enter a hierarchical name into the field.

Technote Number: 1252169

Problem:
This behavior occurs when the user does not login with a fully qualified domain
name or hierarchical name. For example, the "Login Name" field in the Account
document contains ADUserName instead of ADUserName@DomainName.org or
DomainName\ADUserName.
To resolve the issue, ensure the Login Name field in the Account document
contains a fully qualified domain name or hierarchical name.
An enhancement request to change the "Login Name" field popup help was reported
to Quality Engineering and has been addressed in Notes 7.0.1.
